How to buy from the USA, step by step

1. Send a booking request. We call you with the live price list and the best units.
2. Have a video call to see the floor plans, views and show unit.
3. Pay the EOI to the developer: AED 50,000 for studio or 1 bedroom, AED 100,000 for 2 bedroom and above.
4. Pick your unit, pay the 10% down payment and the 4% DLD fee.
5. Sign the SPA online. Your unit is registered in your name with the DLD.
6. Pay the rest of the plan and collect the keys in December 2029.

Paying from the USA

The UAE dirham is pegged to the US dollar at 3.6725, so your price in USD stays stable. You can pay by international wire from your US bank to the developer's escrow account.

Tax in the USA

The UAE does not tax your rent. US citizens and residents are taxed on worldwide income, so Dubai rental income and any gain on sale are usually reported to the IRS.
