Prices start from AED 1.65 million for a studio with a skyline sea view. 1 bedroom apartments start from AED 2.3 million, 2 bedroom from AED 4.25 million and 3 bedroom from AED 6.5 million. Penthouse prices are on request.

It is a 30/70 payment plan. You pay 10% within 21 days of booking, 10% after 2 months, 5% after 10 months and 5% after 18 months. The last 70% is paid on handover in December 2029. A 4% Dubai Land Department fee is paid at booking.
