How to buy from Canada, step by step

1. Send a booking request. We call you with the live price list and the best units.
2. Have a video call to see the floor plans, views and show unit.
3. Pay the EOI to the developer: AED 50,000 for studio or 1 bedroom, AED 100,000 for 2 bedroom and above.
4. Pick your unit, pay the 10% down payment and the 4% DLD fee.
5. Sign the SPA online. Your unit is registered in your name with the DLD.
6. Pay the rest of the plan and collect the keys in December 2029.

Paying from Canada

You can pay in CAD from your Canadian bank by international wire to the developer's AED escrow account. A currency transfer service can often give a better rate.

Tax in Canada

The UAE does not tax your rent. Canadian residents are taxed on worldwide income, so Dubai rental income is usually reported to the CRA.
