How to buy from the UK, step by step
- Send a booking request. We call you with the live price list and the best units.
- Have a video call to see the floor plans, views and show unit.
- Pay the EOI to the developer: AED 50,000 for studio or 1 bedroom, AED 100,000 for 2 bedroom and above.
- Pick your unit, pay the 10% down payment and the 4% DLD fee.
- Sign the SPA online. Your unit is registered in your name with the DLD.
- Pay the rest of the plan and collect the keys in December 2029.

Paying from the UK
You can pay in GBP from your UK bank by international transfer to the developer's AED escrow account. Many buyers use a currency transfer service to get a better rate than the bank.
Tax in the UK

Yes. UK citizens can buy freehold property in Dubai Maritime City in their own name. You only need a valid passport.
Do I need to travel to Dubai to buy?
No. You can pay the EOI, sign the SPA digitally and register the unit from the UK.
Can UK buyers get a mortgage?
Some UAE banks lend to UK residents, usually up to about 50% to 60% of the value for non-residents. The mortgage is normally used for the 70% handover payment.
