Studios are 395 to 430 sq ft. 1 bedroom units are 535 to 813 sq ft. 2 bedroom units are 1,051 to 1,239 sq ft. The 3 bedroom is 1,446 sq ft. The Signature King's Ocean Suite goes up to 1,616 sq ft.
What is a Flex unit?
A Flex unit is a smart layout that you can convert into one more room. For example, a Flex Studio can become a 1 bedroom and a Flex Plus 1 Bedroom can become a 2 bedroom.
What is a King's unit?
King's units are larger layouts with a King's wardrobe and dress area, more bathrooms and a bigger balcony. They come as King's 1 Bedroom and King's 2 Bedroom.
What is the difference between Skyline Sea View and Panoramic Sea View?
Panoramic Sea View units face the open sea. Skyline Sea View units look toward the Dubai skyline with the sea in front. Panoramic units cost a little more.
Which floors are the apartments on?
Tower apartments are on levels 10 to 32 and 34 to 56. The Ocean Residences are on levels 1 to 8. Amenities are on the podium, level 33 and level 60.
