Who is Danube Properties?
Danube Properties is a Dubai real estate developer and part of the Danube Group. The group was founded by Rizwan Sajan. Danube has offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Riyadh, Bahrain, London and China.
Danube is known for value focused homes with many amenities and for easy monthly payment plans. Many of its towers have names that end in "z", such as Oceanz in Dubai Maritime City and Shahrukhz on Sheikh Zayed Road.

In December 2025, Danube launched Shahrukhz by Danube, an office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, with Shah Rukh Khan. In October 2026 it followed with Shahrukhz Residences, the residential tower in Dubai Maritime City.
